What was originally forecasted to last just a couple of weeks is now being projected to last a couple of months—if not longer.
Many businesses are now settling into the reality of having to operate with workforces that are physically disconnected from their offices as well as from one another. This new reality will create unprecedented challenges as organizations try to remain efficient, competitive and viable.
Plasma is responding to this momentous challenge by focusing on our core competency—digital transformation. Specifically, Plasma will be focusing on delivery of cloud-based business automation solutions based on our core Business Process Automation (BPM) platform.
Fueled by Intelligent Workflows and other cognitive technologies, Plasma’s BPM platform provides a suite of capabilities that enable agile, real-time, management of complex business ecosystems. Consequently, organizations have the capacity to overcome challenges posed by physical separations in time and space and to achieve new levels of operational excellence.
Over the next few months Plasma will be collaborating with new and existing customers to develop, deliver, and support cloud-based BPM solutions that are customized to the specific needs of the client. Using well-established processes, Plasma will be able to quickly map out a client’s requirements and then to implement a BPM framework that will provide the client with the means to ensure business continuity. A typical Plasma process consists of the following steps:
- Discovery: Requirements gathering and documentation
- Proof of Concept: Proto environment to prove concept and assess ROI
- Production Environment: QA testing, user training, production launch
- Support and Maintenance: Ongoing enhancement and formal change management
During this COVID-19 pandemic time is of the essence. Organizations can ill afford a slow reaction to rapidly changing business conditions. Plasma fully understands this sense of urgency and, as a strong provider of digital transformation solutions, is fully committed to doing our part to help businesses navigate these difficult times.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][stm_sidebar sidebar=”9066″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][stm_post_comments][stm_post_bottom][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row]
