Plasma is openly recruiting for the role of SEO/Google Analytics Specialist. This individual would work closely with the company HQ in North America. This role would also be reporting to and coordinating with the internal marketing team, design department, head executives, and others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Web Analytics Function:
- Analyzing a website’s key performance metrics and competitive trends with the use of Google Analytics Platform
- Use of modern analytics tools to establish heatmapping, scroll mapping, user journey, and other precise metrics
- Creating forecasts and analyzing historical trends using operational and statistical tools and models
- Directing queries and analyzing databases and logs to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, providing actionable metrics
- Making recommendations regarding process improvements and helping develop performance policies and procedures
Web Analytics Function:
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to provide keyword suggestions and improve overall site SEO scores/rankings
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monboitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Collarate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
Other Digital Marketing functions are a plus:
- Any SEM experience with running or providing attribution for campaigns and advertisements
- B2B Marketing Collateral Creation with design tools
- Web development experience
- Professional communication experience in a B2B environment
- Project Planning
- Experience required : 5+ Years in a B2B marketing environment
